Common questions

Do we need to know which AI tool we want?

No. Start with the workflow and the outcome. Tool selection follows the problem, constraints and economics.

Will the assessment implement a production system?

Production implementation is separately agreed. The assessment helps define a feasible scope and a decision to proceed; any prototype must be explicitly included.

What if AI is not the right answer?

A clearer process, an existing software feature or standard automation may be the better route. The recommendation should reflect that.

How much system access is needed?

Access is agreed for the scope. Initial discovery can use walkthroughs and appropriately redacted examples; any further access should be proportionate to the question.
