Indicative business fees. Scope, delivery format, participant numbers, travel and any applicable VAT will be confirmed in your written proposal. Production systems, ongoing support and third-party subscriptions are separately agreed.

What should we prepare?
A description of the workflow, representative examples, the systems involved and the outcome you want. We agree participants and preparation during scoping.
Do you need access to our systems?
We begin with conversations and walkthroughs. Any data or access required is agreed in advance, with appropriate permissions and handling arrangements.
Is this training in Claude Code or Codex?
The engagement centres on your business environment and specific operational cases. We may demonstrate suitable tools, but the deliverable is an informed business decision and practical next steps, rather than a generic tool tutorial.
What if AI is not the best answer?
We recommend a proportionate solution. A clearer process, an integration or conventional automation may be the better choice.
Can you help implement the recommendations?
Yes, implementation can be scoped separately. The assessment helps establish the right boundary, expected value and controls before you commit.
